FIELD: life-saving methods and devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a first aid kit comprising at least one first aid article and a wearable device configured to be worn by a user. Invention includes a communication interface for communication with a mobile user device, a sensor for acquiring vital data when a user wears a wearable device, a processor configured to transmit life data to a mobile telephone of a user through a communication interface, wherein the first aid kit comprises means of invoking instructions for processing vital data loaded on a mobile device, a storage device storing content including at least one of the following: commands for processing life data and a resource identifier which indicates commands for processing life data on an application download server, wherein content is transmitted to the mobile device.

EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of rapid monitoring of the patient's condition using electronic sensors connected to the computing device, and assisting the patient in emergency situations and/or field conditions by using the first aid article provided in the kit, as well as providing the patient with critical information on the use of said object.
