FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular to modular three-block construction, and can be used for construction of low-rise and high-rise residential buildings, public buildings and structures, as well as other buildings of any other purpose. Method of finished volume module manufacturing consists in the fact that pallet is placed on the first robotised conveyor, on which by means of automated industrial robots with software and hardware systems and software a form system is formed. Shuttering system includes the first and the second formwork for manufacturing of monolithic reinforced concrete volume module, which includes base plate, pylons and/or walls, beams, crosspieces or slabs. Made monolithic reinforced concrete volume module is moved to the second robotised conveyor where the ready volumetric module is made by installation of engineering communications, internal and external finishing, formation of internal partitions and/or installation of built-in furniture. Method of constructing a building from finished three-dimensional modules consists in the fact that on the construction site the ready-made volumetric modules made in the above manner are installed in the corresponding place. Installation and connection of ready volumetric modules of the first floor to each other is carried out by means of threaded connections passing via through holes in pylons or walls of adjacent ready volume modules. On the ready volumetric modules of the first floor the ready volumetric modules of the second floor are installed by means of introduction of ledges of ready volumetric modules of the first floor, located in the upper part in places of pylons location, into cavities of ready volumetric modules of the second floor located in the lower part in places of pylons arrangement. At that, part of corresponding ready volume modules of the second floor are turned relative to part of corresponding ready bulk modules of the first floor by 90° and the building is formed so that part of the ready bulk modules of even floors is installed relative to the part of the ready volumetric modules of odd floors with intersection of some walls in the plan.

EFFECT: invention enables to reduce time, labour intensity and cost of building construction, simplify installation of three-dimensional modules, provide universality of buildings for any space-planning solutions and possibility of their rapid change, increase rigidity, reliability and stability of buildings, increase speed, accuracy and reliability of buildings mounting, enable to make buildings of any configuration, provide possibility of buildings dismantling and movement to another construction site.
