SUBSTANCE: method for protecting two sections of a modular building includes installation of at least one floor of the first section, on which a protective coating is installed, fixed along the perimeter, and its angle of inclination is adjusted. Next, the modules of at least one floor of the second section are mounted, after which the protective coating is unfastened on the first section and transferred to the second section, installed, fixed, and its angle of inclination is adjusted. Next, the modules of at least one next floor of the first section are mounted. Upon completion, the protective coating is unfastened on the second section, transferred to the first section, where it is similarly installed, fastened and the angle of inclination is adjusted. Similarly, the modules of all the floors in each section are installed alternately using a protective coating until the roof of the building is installed.

EFFECT: possibility of protecting the external and internal finishes of the modules.
