In women with adaptation disorder and hypothyroidism, the duration of the disease is less than 6 months, the parameters of the immune system are determined. With values of T-helper cells CD4+ less than 45%, T-cytotoxic CD8+ more than 28% and the number of lymphocytes with apoptosis readiness receptors CD95+ more than 11%, the risk of developing a protracted course of adaptation disorder is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides the ability to predict the protracted course of adaptation disorder in women with hypothyroidism by determining the parameters of the immune system.
