SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict the protracted course of adaptation disorder in women with hypothyroidism. In women with adaptation disorder and hypothyroidism, the duration of the disease is less than 6 months, the parameters of the immune system are determined. With values of T-helper cells CD4+ less than 45%, T-cytotoxic CD8+ more than 28% and the number of lymphocytes with apoptosis readiness receptors CD95+ more than 11%, the risk of developing a protracted course of adaptation disorder is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides the ability to predict the protracted course of adaptation disorder in women with hypothyroidism by determining the parameters of the immune system.
