FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions relates to a sensor system for the state of a bubbling device used to introduce bubbles into flotation systems. A sensor system for a bubbling device, which comprises a housing and a movable rod assembly for introducing bubbles into the flotation system, wherein the sensor system comprises a sensor and a target which are movable relative to each other, wherein one element of said sensor and said target is located in the housing, and the other is located on the movable core assembly or attached thereto. Sensor is designed to measure movement, including position and vibration, relative to said target based on displacement of said movable rod assembly. Sensor system is configured to determine operating parameters of the bubbling device based on analysis of measurement of displacement of said sensor relative to said target. Network of sensor systems for bubbling devices intended for introduction of bubbles into a flotation system, containing a plurality of bubbling devices, each of which comprises a housing and a movable rod assembly. Each of said bubbling devices comprises a sensor system. Each sensor system further comprises a sensor and a target which are movable relative to each other. Each sensor is configured to send a signal to a signal processing processor which is configured to generate a signal supplied to the central control unit. Central control unit is configured to combine and analyze each said signal to display operating parameters of each corresponding said bubbling device and provide general data on system performance.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of bubbling device operation for improvement of bubbles formation promoting acceleration of hydrophobic particles attachment and extraction.
