FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: production line of continuous cycle for production of decorated ceramic products comprises feeder, pressing machine and dyeing machine. Feeder is designed to receive the first control signal and is configured to place the ceramic powders onto the conveyor according to the pattern, which is a function of the first control signal. Pressing machine is configured to seal powders laid by feed machine for making ceramic articles having a surface. Dyeing machine is equipped with printing heads connected to the ink supply circuit, is intended for reception of the second control signal and is made with possibility of application of ink on the surface of the ceramic product in accordance with the staining pattern, which is a function of the second control signal. Besides, the line comprises a control system having a line server; and for each of machines, namely feeder, pressing machine and painting machine corresponding local control panel and print server. Local control panel is connected to the corresponding machine and is configured to generate configuration data which represent adjustment of the machine. Print server is connected to a corresponding local control panel for receiving configuration data of the corresponding machine and processing thereof to generate a machine configuration document representing the machine configuration data formatted in accordance with the predetermined protocol. Line server is connected to all line print servers to obtain line configuration documents and is configured to generate a line configuration document indicating line adjustment in general. Computer-readable data storage device comprises a processor program comprising software for implementing steps of the method when operating on a production line.
