FIELD: ceramic products production.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to a method and installation for the production of ceramic products, in particular, with internal grooves or veins. The method includes a supply step, at which at least two different ceramic powders are supplied to obtain a strip (6) of ceramic powders, a pressing step, in which the strip (6) of ceramic powders is compacted to form a compacted layer (11) of ceramic powders, a printing step, in which color scheme is applied to the surface of the compacted layer (11) of ceramic powders. In this case, the method additionally includes a determining step, in which the first value of the expansion of the compacted layer (11) of ceramic powders in the longitudinal direction (D1) and/or the second value of the expansion in the transverse direction (D2) are determined, and a conversion step, in which the predetermined shape is converted based on the first expansion value and/or the second expansion value to obtain a derived form. At the printing step, the color scheme is applied based on the derived form. The installation for implementing the method includes a supply device (3), a control unit (5), a pressing device (9) and a printing device (15). In this case, the supply device (3) is configured to supply at least two different ceramic powders. The control unit (5) is connected to the supply device (3) and is configured to control the supply of ceramic powders to form a strip (6) of ceramic powders extending in the longitudinal direction (D1) and in the transverse direction (D2) and having at least the first zone (7) and at least a second zone (8) with a different content of these ceramic powders; the second zone (8) has a predetermined shape. The pressing device (9) is made with the possibility of compacting the strip (6) of ceramic powders to obtain a compacted layer (11) of ceramic powders. In this case, the compacted layer (11) of ceramic powders is made expanding in the longitudinal direction (D1) and/or in the transverse direction (D2) relative to the strip (6) of ceramic powders and has a second expanded zone (8') having a real shape. The printing device (15) is controlled by the control unit (5) and made with the possibility of applying a color scheme to the surface of the compacted layer (11) of ceramic powders. In this case, the control unit (5) comprises a determining unit (44, 44') configured to detect at least one determined characteristic of the compacted layer (11) and/or the second extended zone (8'), and is configured to transform a given shape based on the detected characteristic, to obtain a derived form and to control a printing device (15) configured to use a color scheme based on the produced form during operation.
EFFECT: invention increases the efficiency of powder distribution, increases the efficiency of manufacturing ceramic products with color effects on the surface.
