FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of tools for microscopy of tools, in particular to a device for forming microscopic images using a mirror, and a system and a method for calibrating the position of microneedle. Device for generating microscopic images using a mirror comprises: motion drive (193) fixedly mounted on a microscope stage; support (192) of the mirror image forming device, one end of which is connected to the motion drive; and mirror image generating device (191) having flat mirror, which has adjacent angle 45° between plane of mirror and horizontal plane of microscope stage and between plane of mirror and front plane and which is installed on other end of support of mirror image forming device.
EFFECT: invention allows calibration to the required state, id est to ratio of position, in which lower edge of functional component of microneedle is parallel to horizontal plane.
