FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an analysis system configured to perform operations with respect to an analyte, which can be combined with several reactants before introduction into the flow cell. Tool may contain a volume into which reactants subject to binding with the analyte are successively sucked. Above volume can be made in the form of a serpentine channel in the valve manifold connected to the tubes for suction of reactants. Further, the reactants can be mixed by cyclic operation of the pump to allow movement of the reactants inside the volume or channel for mixing. For this purpose, reactants are sucked from receiver into volume or channel for mixing and ejected back into receiver, besides, this process can be implemented repeatedly for improvement of mixing. Volume for mixing is part of bypass line.
EFFECT: improved sequencing and higher efficiency.
