FIELD: biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cartridge for biochemical reactions. The cartridge contains a case including a set of reservoirs for reagents and a hole for loading a sample; a reaction chamber; a jet equipment node including a hydraulic network and a rotary valve; and a seal closing and sealing the set of reservoirs for reagents in the case. The hydraulic network contains a channel for a sample, a set of reservoir channels, and a supplying channel, wherein the channel for a sample is in flow communication with the hole for loading a sample and a network hole, each of the set of reservoir channels is in flow communication with the corresponding reservoir for a reagent of the set of reservoirs for reagents and the corresponding reservoir hole of the set of reservoir holes, the supplying channel is in flow communication with a supplying hole and the reaction chamber. The rotary valve contains a valve case with a flow channel, the first hole, and the second hole. The second hole is in flow communication with the supplying hole, the valve case is capable of rotating around an axis from the first position, in which the first hole is in flow communication with the network hole, to the second position, in which the first hole is in flow communication with the corresponding reservoir hole of the set of reservoir holes.

EFFECT: provision of automatic implementation of biochemical analyses, including preparation of a sample, without participation of a user, as well as expansion of device capabilities of performing certain protocols.
