FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to versions of systems with a nozzle tube for mixing reactants and a corresponding method. System comprises a flow passage configured to be fluidly connected to a flow cell to retain analytes in the analytical system; a system of fluid medium for suction of reactants from reactant receivers, mixing of reactants, ejection of mixed reactants into the target receiver and supply of mixed reactants from the target receiver to the flow channel; and a nozzle tube configured to communicate with the fluid system with the fluid medium, the nozzle tube having an elongated body having a central cavity extending between its ends and a nozzle insert located at the distal end of the central cavity, wherein the nozzle tube is intended both for suction of mixed reactants from the receiver, and for ejection of mixed reactants back into the target receiver through the nozzle insert.
EFFECT: possibility of efficient mixing of reactants and sample matrix in automatic or semi-automatic manner.
