SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to immunology. There are presented methods for obtaining a human papillomavirus (HPV) specific T cell population comprising separating an HPV-positive tumor of the head and neck into multiple fragments; culturing multiple fragments separately; obtaining T-cells from cultured multiple fragments; testing separately T-cells from multiple fragments for specific HPV recognition; selection of T-cells, which demonstrate specific HPV recognition, and increased number of selected T-cells for obtaining a population of HPV-specific T-cells.
EFFECT: present invention can find further application in adoptive cell therapy.
