FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and pharmaceutics; it can be used for adoptive immunotherapy of multiple sclerosis. Methods for selecting a sample containing T-cells for adoptive immunotherapy of multiple sclerosis and for inclusion in a cell bank for the specified therapy are disclosed, where the specified methods include determining the expression of one or more of CD107a, IFNg, IL-2 and TNF by common lymphocytes or CD8+ lymphocytes in the sample. The group of inventions also relates to a cell bank for adoptive immunotherapy of multiple sclerosis (options) obtained using the specified sample selection methods, and methods for selecting a sample containing T-cells for adoptive immunotherapy of multiple sclerosis for ex vivo reproduction.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the effectiveness of therapy for multiple sclerosis.
