FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used for treating both acute and chronic rhinosinusitis in adults and children of staphylococcal aetiology. Method includes irrigation of paranasal sinuses according to Proetz, application of antibiotics and antiseptic solution, introduction of vasoconstrictor. For washing, bacteriophages are used and in parallel with washing by vaccination staphylococcal purified toxoid immunocorrection is performed, that is ensured by subcutaneous administration of 0.5–1.0–1.0–0.5 ml at intervals of 20 days 4 times, wherein injections are made in four points, right and left forearms and front surface of right and left thigh.
EFFECT: using the given method enables the effective treatment of staphylococcal sinusitis due to staphylococcal anatoxin immunocorrection.
