FIELD: medicine; food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry. Method of producing nanocapsules of a dry extract of propolis is characterized by that a dry extract of propolis is added to a suspension of sodium alginate in isopropanol in presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of edible fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as a surfactant while stirring 1000 rpm, then butyl chloride is added, the obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein the weight ratio of core: shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: what is disclosed is a method for producing nanocapsules of dry extract of propolis.
