SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, urology, and can be used in a method of combined treatment of musculo-invasive bladder cancer T3-T4 N0-+M0, involving neoadjuvant chemotherapy according to the schedule – cisplatin 75 mg/m² and gemcitabine – 1,000 mg/m² on 1st day with repetition every 21 days. Cisplatin 75 mg/m² 200.0 ml of the ready solution is introduced into the right and left cystic arteries at rate of 3–4 ml/min, on 1st day after intra-arterial chemoinfusion of cisplatin, intravenous administration of gemcitabine 1,000 mg/m² on 1st day with inter-course interval 21 days per 400 ml of normal saline, in total 3 courses.

EFFECT: invention enables reducing the size of the tumor and the affected area in the small pelvis cavity, thereby improving radical surgical management.
