SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting technology, in particular to control devices. The device is proposed having at least two pin terminals. The device comprises a semiconductor structure having a first function, and an electrical circuit having at least one circuit element having a second function. The structure and the circuit are electrically connected with the pin terminals. In addition, the device can be used for performing first and second functions by time multiplexing of the first and second operating signals passing through the pin terminals. Finally, the first function is light, and the second function is control. The present invention is particularly promising because it offers cost-effective, universal and small size light emitting device comprising light-emitting diodes or laser diodes.

EFFECT: creation of a universal small size device with high selectivity in light and heat.
