FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: disc brake includes: inner block and outer block; a clamping device configured to press the inner shoe and the outer shoe to the rotor, wherein the clamping device includes a first clamping element and a second clamping element, which are movable in parallel to the rotor axis of rotation, and a frame which is a rigid unit in form of a frame and is movable in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation; and holder, installed on non-rotating unit, wherein the holder retains the clamping device, wherein the holder includes a shoe pin, which holds the inner shoe and the outer shoe so that they are movable in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation, wherein the shoe pin is held by the holder on both ends of the shoe pin in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of floating disc brake, in which clamping device includes frame; this means, for example, possibility of stable retention of inner shoe and outer shoe by means of holder and possibility of appropriate application of floating disc brake.
