FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to aluminium-titanium-zirconium alloys, and can be used in making turbine components in engines or other high-temperature applications. Disclosed is aluminium-titanium-zirconium alloy, part made from it, and method of making part. Aluminium-titanium-zirconium alloy contains, wt. %: Al 29.0–42.4; Ti 41.2–59.9; Zr 10.3–24.1; minor modifier elements: C to 0.15 wt. %, B to 0.15 wt. %. Proposed method comprises feeding billet from aluminium-titanium-zirconium alloy to device for additive production and layer-by-layer formation of part from aluminium-titanium-zirconium alloy.

EFFECT: alloy is characterized by high strength, crack resistance, resistance to oxidation, resistance to fatigue, creep, as well as high resistance to high temperatures.
