FIELD: antenna equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna engineering and can be used for interference suppression in known directions by generating dips in antenna pattern of active phased antenna arrays (APAA) in the directions of action of interference sources. Method is based on weighing signals received by each emitter, using weight coefficients, according to which weight coefficients are found using a functional characterizing the ratio of power of a signal received from a given direction, forming a first Hermitian form, to sum of noise and interference powers with known distribution in space forming second Hermitian form, wherein to determine the column vector of weight coefficients in the radiator channels, an inverse matrix of the second Hermitian form and a column vector of signals falling from the direction of the main beam are used. When determining the column vector of the weight coefficients, the matrix of the second Hermitian form is also used in the absence of interference, and when determining the column vector of the weight coefficients, an inverse matrix of the second Hermitian form is used, matrix of the second Hermitian form in the absence of interference and vector-column of signals falling from the direction of the main beam.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the possibility of forming dips in the APAA antenna pattern while maintaining, mainly, the initial shape of the antenna pattern.
