System of haul communication includes station access devices installed at stations limiting haul, haul communication talk-calling devices, access line haul devices interacting on a digital network using a primary digital channel in E1 format, fiber-optic communication line made on the basis of passive optical networks technology, for connection of access devices of the distillation accesses with station access devices, splitters are included in optical fiber of the fiber-optic communication line, each station access device is made in the form of a primary multiplexer.

EFFECT: invention solves the problem of reducing power consumption of power supply of haul access devices.
