SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes embodiments of the method of manufacturing a dental prosthesis and a connecting shaped part for implementation of any version of the method, relates to medicine, in particular to dentistry, and is intended for making a dental prosthesis or fitting an existing dental prosthesis for inclusion and fixation on existing remaining teeth and/or at least on one implant. Method of making a dental prosthesis for attachment to and fixation on retaining elements for dental prosthesis fixation consists in that, first, an actual patient's jaw is imprinted and a reference model is made, as well as a working model, then working model is fixed with possibility of rearrangement in milling base and is oriented relative to displacement direction in milling device or parallel mill. Then, adhesive surfaces (2) made of wax in the form of broadband staples and an adhesive bridge are modelled on formed retaining (1) elements. Then they are fixed by means of wax connecting shaped part (3) with fixedly connected parallel pin (4) and/or retention retaining element after orientation relative to insertion direction by means of parallel pin (4). Then forming teeth (7), plate (8) for model casting are modelled from wax and then simulated elements are equipped with channels (9) for casting under pressure, wherein each separate element is separately supplied, then the model is closed, and to remove wax is boiled out. After inserting replaceable matrix in connecting shaped part (3) and treatment of inner surfaces of mould, as well as gypsum mould is carried out by injection moulding with subsequent extraction of dental prosthesis.

EFFECT: invention widens the range of technical means for said purpose.
