FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrocarbons transport in oil and gas industry and can be used in pipeline operation, which are located in places with possible landslide developments. Purpose is achieved by using a cable-rope, on which there are units of accelerometers, a flexible protective casing, a length meter with a conducting wire, vertical pile installed in soil, not subject to landslide phenomena, software processing in real time information from accelerometer units on their position in space, which converts it into trajectory of cable-rope and changes in planned-altitude position of underground pipeline. Device allows real-time monitoring of absolute values of shifts of underground pipelines with vertical and horizontal and axial directions. Device can also be used to control the planned-altitude position in open sections of pipelines.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of device for determination of planned-altitude position of underground pipelines, which provides tracking absolute values of horizontal, vertical and axial displacement of pipeline on landslide areas in real time and operating independently.
