FIELD: circuit design.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics. In particular, it can be used in blocks of computer equipment, which are made using D triggers. Trigger two-stage D trigger comprises sixteen transistors, nineteen resistors and DC power supply source. Novelty is that it includes twelve additional transistors and eleven additional resistors.
EFFECT: increased loading capacity of trigger two-stage D trigger.
