FIELD: digital circuitry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics. In particular, it can be used in units of computer equipment, built on logic elements. To this end, a triggering AND/NAND logic element is provided, which comprises eight transistors, twelve resistors and a source of direct-current supply. Novelty is that four additional transistors and eight additional resistors are introduced, the first additional transistor (n-p-n) and the first additional resistor are connected in series.
EFFECT: higher loading capacity of triggering AND/NAND logic element.
