FIELD: industrial electronics; circuitry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics. Strength of electric current of external load both at non-inverting output and at inverting output is almost equal to sum of currents of two transistors, which increases load capacity of this logic element. Trigger logic element OR/NOR contains nine transistors, twelve resistors, source of supply constant voltage 1 and source 8 of reference constant voltage, which is low-power source of constant voltage with increased stability, including parallel connected first and second n-p-n transistors 2 and 3, which bases outputs form relative to "ground" two inputs x1 and x2 of logic element, first and second resistors 4, 5, series-connected third resistor 6 and n-p-n transistor 7, reference voltage source 8, series-connected fourth n-p-n transistor 9, resistor 10 and sixth n-p-n transistor 11, common output of resistor 10 and collector of transistor 11 forms non-inverting output of logic element relative to "ground"; series-connected additional first resistor 12 and p-n-p transistor 13 and second resistor 14; series-connected additional second p-n-p transistor 15 and third resistor 16; series-connected fifth resistor 17 and n-p-n transistor 18, and sixth resistor 19 and third additional n-p-n transistor 20. Common output of resistor 19, collector of transistor 20 and resistor 16 forms inverting output of logic element. First flip-flop is formed on transistors of the opposite conductivity type 9, 13. Second flip-flop is formed on transistors 15 and 18.
EFFECT: increasing the load capacity of the OR/NOR trigger logic element.
