FIELD: digital circuitry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics. In particular, it can be used in units of computer equipment, made using T flip-flops, registers and pulse counters. Triggering asynchronous T flip-flop contains sixteen transistors, twenty eight resistors and a source of supplying direct voltage. Novelty is that twelve additional transistors and eleven additional resistors are introduced therein, the first additional resistor and the first additional (p-n-p) transistor are connected in series.
EFFECT: higher load capacity of a triggered asynchronous T flip-flop.
