POLYSACCHARIDE MICROGEL APPLICATION DURING VEGETABLE OIL PRODUCTION, POLYSACCHARIDE MICROGEL BASED REAGENTS AND VEGETABLE OIL PRODUCTION METHOD USING THEREOF Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC C11B1/04

Abstract RU 2714115 C2

FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fat and oil industry. Polysaccharide microgel is used in production of vegetable oil from soft tissues of plants or cereal crops germs. Polysaccharide microgel is used to extract vegetable oil from an aqueous phase formed during production of vegetable oil from soft tissues of fruits of plants or germs of cereal crops. Polysaccharide microgel is used to extract vegetable oil from an aqueous phase formed during production of vegetable oil from soft tissues of plant fruits or cereal crops and containing solid residues. Polysaccharide microgel is used to separate vegetable oil from the solid residue formed during production of vegetable oil from soft tissues of fruits of plants or germs of cereal crops. Reagent for increasing efficiency of production of vegetable oil from soft tissues of fruits of plants or germs of cereal crops, containing polysaccharide, characterized by that it contains a polysaccharide in the form of microgel. Reagent for extracting vegetable oil from an aqueous phase formed during production of vegetable oil from soft tissues of fruits of plants or cereal germs and containing solid residues containing a polysaccharide, characterized by that it contains a polysaccharide in the form of a microgel. Reagent for separation of vegetable oil from solid residue formed during production of vegetable oil from soft tissues of fruits of plants or germs of cereal crops, containing polysaccharide, characterized by that it contains a polysaccharide in the form of microgel. Method for production of vegetable oil from soft tissues of fruits of plants or germs of cereals, including crushing of oil-containing raw material, adding a polysaccharide to the residue obtained after grinding the oil-containing material and extracting oil from the residue obtained after grinding the oil-containing material; the polysaccharide is used in the form of a microgel.

EFFECT: invention widens the range of reagents and methods which increase efficiency of production of vegetable oil from soft tissues of fruits of plants or germs of cereal crops.
