FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to actuators of control system devices and is intended for turning the controlled link by a given angle, as well as holding a predetermined position. Electromechanical drive consists of electric motor, two cylindrical gear transmissions, drive output shaft and feedback sensor combined in single housing. Drive is supplemented with self-braking single-threaded worm gear consisting of worm and worm wheel, at that worm is installed on two rolling bearings. Each of rolling bearings consists of a pair of ball bearings, one of rolling bearings is fixed in housing using fixing nut and thrust ring, and second rolling support is made using control nut and mechanical retainer. Output shaft of drive is mounted on two ball bearings, fixed in housing using two crown nuts: outer and inner, and mechanical retainers. Feedback sensor is connected to the output shaft of the drive due to a flat spring.
EFFECT: higher manufacturability of the drive assembly, minimum play of the output shaft of the drive, simplified adjustment of matching of the middle plane of the worm wheel and the worm axis.
