METHOD FOR CONTROL AND EVALUATION OF OPERABILITY OF MAIN UNITS OF DIGITAL X-RAY APPARATUS AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC H05G1/26 A61B6/03 G01D18/00

Abstract RU 2714447 C1

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to X-ray equipment and aims at obtaining in simple inspection unambiguous response on technical condition of X-ray apparatus before receiving patients. Monitoring and evaluation of main units is carried out by analyzing the digital image of the test object placed in the middle of the input plane of the digital receiver, for this purpose, exposure thereof is performed with shooting parameters specific for clinical use of apparatus, recording an image, on which depending on the evaluated parameter, selecting areas of interest corresponding to different functional elements of the test object structure, then mathematically calculating average values of brightness levels, as well as ratio of average values of brightness levels in different areas, according to which anode voltage and other parameters are estimated. Test object is a square-shaped aluminum substrate, on the surface of which six functional elements are rigidly fixed, made from aluminum, lead and stainless steel, in form of plates of different thickness and geometric shape, intended to determine parameters used for evaluation and monitoring of operability of main assemblies of X-ray apparatus.

EFFECT: simple and high accuracy of controlling an X-ray apparatus.
