SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, and particularly to a method of producing nanocapsules, and describes a method of producing nanocapsules, wherein the nucleus of nanocapsules used is β-octogene and as a nanocapsule shell, kappa-carrageenan is used. Method is characterized by that β-octogene is slowly added to a suspension of kappa-carrageenan in isopropanol in presence of 0.01 g of preparation E472c as a surfactant while stirring at 600 rpm, wherein mass ratio of core : shell in terms of dry substance is 1:3, or 1:1, or 1:2, or 2:1, then cyclohexane is added, obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: method ensures the nanocapsules producing process simplification and acceleration, reduction in losses during the nanocapsules production, and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
