SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to a method for correcting thrombosis in an ADMA-like model of preeclampsia, which involves reproducing an ADMA-like model of preeclampsia in Wistar rats daily from 14 to 20 of day of pregnancy by intraperitoneal introduction of L-nitro-arginine-methyl ester 25 mg/kg, characterized by that for correcting thrombosis orally administering resveratrol in dose of 2 mg/kg/day from 14 to 20 days of pregnancy.
EFFECT: invention provides an effective method of correcting thrombosis in an ADMA-like model of preeclampsia.
