FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to movable automated video surveillance systems. Movable stereoscopic device for selecting dynamic objects comprises two image sensors, two analogue-to-digital converters, a unit for selecting frame and line pulses, an AND element, a generator, a single-chip microcontroller on an ARM architecture with a USB controller, a memory unit and a video interface, a multiplexer, a unit for calculating movement along the X axis, a unit for calculating movement along the Y axis, a unit for calculating movement along the axis Z. Detecting moving objects from the mobile device reduces to obtaining spatial parameters of the moving object, dimensions and configuration of which change during measurement, located on a complex spatial background, for which sequential processing is required, which requires evaluation of a signal at each cycle taking into account information coming in the process of observation.
EFFECT: enabling determination of motion parameters of dynamic objects with mobility of a stereoscopic device.
