SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television engineering and is intended for use in television cameras based on a single-chip "ring" television sensor based on technology of complementary "metal-oxide-semiconductor" (CMOS) structures. Such cameras provide formation of a digital video signal of a "ring" frame and are intended for television-computer observation of panoramic scenes, i.e. in spatial angle of 360 degrees in azimuth and tens of degrees on elevation angle. Result is ensured by making a "ring" CMOS sensor and placing an electronic "framing" of the photodetector on its chip.
EFFECT: high degree of integration of a television camera.
