SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and specifically to movable automated video surveillance systems. Multispectral optoelectronic device placed on an independent mobile environmental monitoring platform comprises a multispectral optical-electronic sensor, an optoelectronic sensor, lidar, positioning system controller, filtration module, range estimation correction module, initial route updating module, a module for generating a multispectral image, a module for selecting objects of a working scene, a module for calculating three-dimensional coordinates, a control unit, a random access memory unit, a radio transmitting unit and a unit of controllers of engines.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of spatial association of an independent mobile platform for environmental monitoring, reduced time spent on generating an updated route.
