System for processing of fruit or vegetable products such as bilberries, and so forth. comprises: first unit (2), comprising series-arranged at least one station (3) loading; at least one station (4) preliminary sorting by size, which mechanically applies preliminary sorting; at least one station (5) preliminary selection, which provides removal by operators of any garbage or contaminants, and, at least, one station (6) first alignment; and second unit (8), comprising series-arranged at least one station (9) second alignment, at least one station (10) optical sorting by size and, at least, one station (11) distribution, wherein said units (2, 8) have identical dimensions and identical occupied space, wherein said dimensions and said occupied space are compatible with arrangement and transportation of each of said blocks (2, 8) in corresponding one container, which is shaped to parallelepiped and which corresponds to measurements according to international standards; wherein said first alignment station (6) and said second alignment station (9) comprise fast interconnection means, which can be selectively actuated during installation of said blocks (2, 8), following their adjacent arrangement, wherein said means comprise brackets and pins for coupling said first alignment station (6) with said second alignment station (9).

EFFECT: technical result of invention is providing efficient processing of bilberries and similar fruit and vegetable products, which can be easily transported to the place of installation and operation.
