SUBSTANCE: device for processing fruit-growing products, such as blueberries and the like, which comprises successively at least one station (2) for loading products (A) of fruit growing, at least one pre-test station (3), at least one leveling station (4) for its subsequent movement, aligned in at least one row, at least one observation station (5) for obtaining information relating to at least one parameter of interest of each fruit production product (A), such as color, size, shape, sugar content, defectiveness and the like, at least one distribution station (6) for sorting products (A) into homogeneous subgroups as an information function, obtained by observation station (5), and at least one recirculation device for return to at least observation station (5) of any fruit production product (A), which was not sorted by distribution station (6). Device comprises at least one sensor (7) for detecting any presence of fruit production product (A), which is located after distributing station (6) along product (A) movement line (8), which leads to recirculation device. Sensor (7) of detection is connected to at least one electronic control and control unit, which is equipped with at least one module for counting the amount of detected fruit production product (A).
