FIELD: blasting operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosion-proof devices and intended for explosion protection of process equipment in case of emergency situation (ES). Explosion-proof device with warning system of initial phase of ES occurrence includes valve body, lined load gate movably connected to valve body by means of at least three flexible links, breaking element in form of membrane safety device. On one of diametrally located plates of membrane safety device membrane unit safety indicator in form of sensor responding to deformation is fixed, which output is connected with signal amplifier. Signal amplifier output is connected to input of personnel warning device on emergency situation. On valve body in said lined load gate location additional safety indicator is fixed in form of sensor responding to impact deformation at gate opening. Sensor output is connected with signal amplifier. Signal amplifier output is connected to input of personnel warning device on emergency situation.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of protection of process equipment against explosions in case of emergency situation by detecting moment of occurrence of initial phase of ES by personnel warning facilities.
