FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil and gas industry, in particular to removal and treatment of drilling mud. Device includes a ground part comprising a vacuum catching container comprising a vessel with a first hole near the base, a second opening near the upper portion of the vacuum system vessel and a third opening near the upper portion of the cylindrical vessel for supplying the solid and liquid materials, valve with rotary air lock connected to the first hole, vacuum system fixed on the ground part. Inlet of vacuum system is hydraulically connected with second hole nearby upper part of vessel by means of vacuum line. Solid particles separator is located under the valve with rotary air lock and contains a drying device for drilling mud, a waste tank, which is configured to collect effluents from the solid particles separator, and a centrifugal pump configured to discharge effluents from the waste water tank.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of drilling cuttings treatment, simplified design, enlarged process capabilities.
