FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method provides for distillation of wash in wash-epuration column (WEC), epuration of wash distillate with supply of hydraulic selection water to upper plate of epuration column (EC), having splitter, cooking and concentration parts, rectification of epurate in rectification column (RC) with extraction of fusel oil fractions, fusel alcohol and non-pasteurised alcohol, cleaning of rectified alcohol from methanol and head admixtures in methanol column (MC). Steam condensate from fusel condenser and fraction from EC condenser are divided into two liquid phases in decanter, lower water layer from which is sent together with hydraulic selection water to upper plate of distillation column (DC), including splitting, cooking and concentrating parts. DC is supplied with fraction of fusel alcohol and heated by supply of live steam into cube and epuration water-alcohol vapour from WEC to upper plate of splitting part. Fraction of ethyl alcohol is extracted from liquid phase of lower plates of cooking part of DC and is sent to wash, and liquid from condenser of this column is combined with upper layer of liquid from decanter and is withdrawn from system of wash-rectification in the form of fraction of head and intermediate admixtures. Fractions from condensers of RC, MC and WEC, condenser of carbon dioxide separator and alcohol traps are used to supply methanol and head admixtures concentration column (MHACC), for heating of which epuration water-alcohol vapour from WEC is supplied into steam space of its cube. Fraction of methanol concentrate, acetic aldehyde and other head admixtures are extracted from MHACC condenser and are taken out from wash-rectification plant, and cube liquid is returned to wash.

EFFECT: improved organoleptic properties of rectification alcohol and increased yield.
