Summary: device comprises stationary units (1) of radiation measurements, equipment (2) for collecting, processing and recording information, industrial computer (3) with specialized software, information output unit (4), mobile apparatus (5) for controlling radioactive contamination of items and personnel equipment, modules (11) for controlling devices for restricting passage to premises of an object with high radioactivity and contamination, video cameras (12), identifiers (13) for personnel presence in rooms, specialized sensors (14) for radiation monitoring of environment and communication module (15). Mobile plant (5) consists of sensors (6) of personnel presence in rooms, set of phoswich detectors (7), local alarm module (8), worker identifier (9) and video camera (10). Communication module (15), information collection, processing and recording equipment (2), industrial computer (3), information output unit (4) are built into centralized control and control panel (16). At that, data collection, processing and recording equipment (2) has additional input (17) for signals from personal radio communication devices, radiometry and dosimetry.
