FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking suction fluid sample from uterine cavity and venous blood sample within 3 days of postoperative period. General protein quantity is determined in blood plasma and suction fluid and protein coefficient is calculated using a formula PC=PP/SP, where PC is the protein coefficient, PP is the general plasma protein and SP is the general suction fluid protein contents. PC value being equal to or greater than 2, wound coalescence is considered to be secondary one resulting in connective tissue cicatrix formation. The value being less than 2, wound coalescence is considered to be physiological one resulting in postoperative cicatrix formation with predominant muscular tissue. EFFECT: high accuracy of prediction; reduced costs.
