SUBSTANCE: device for supply of fluid medium with protection against leaks. Proposed device comprises casing forming storage chamber with total volume including fluid part and gas part. Storage cavity extends along the cavity axis from the first end to the second end. Capillary element is fluidly connected to fluid medium. In the housing there is a plurality of ventilation openings, each of which forms a passage between the storage cavity and the environment, and each of them is made so that the fluid can not flow through the ventilation openings at ambient temperature and equilibrium pressure between the storage cavity and the environment. Ventilation holes can be located and arranged on the housing so that regardless of vertical and angular orientation of the housing relative to the gravity field vector, at least one of the ventilation holes is in spatial communication with the gas.
