SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry. Method of producing nanocapsules of dry extract of Oplopanax is characterized by that dry extract of Oplopanax is added to a suspension of kappa-carrageenan in petroleum ether in presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of food fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as a surfactant while stirring 700 rpm, then methyl ethyl ketone is poured, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, with the core:shell mass ratio being 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method for the preparation of nanocapsules of dry extract of Oplopanax is proposed.
