SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of haemostasis and wound healing. Disclosed is a method of producing a dry composition for making haemostatic paste, comprising steps of mixing gelatine in a powder form, an aqueous medium and an alkaline/acidic compound to produce paste and sublimation drying paste, wherein the alkali/acid compound is able to react with the acidic/alkaline compound in the aqueous medium with release of CO2 gas. Also disclosed is a method of reducing a dry composition to produce a haemostatic paste, a haemostatic paste, a dry composition for producing haemostatic paste, a dry storage container and a haemostatic kit.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a dry composition which is reduced without mechanical mixing to form a fluid paste having a soft and low-viscosity consistency.
