SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for suspending and guiding working tools and working platforms around an outer surface of a grinding mill. Device comprises fixed guide suspended above grinding mill and passing around its outer periphery in plane parallel to floor surrounding mill and first and second carriage units. First carriage assembly is mounted on a guide for hanging and guiding the tool and providing at least two degrees of freedom for the tool. Second carriage assembly is installed on the guide for suspension and direction of the platform and providing at least two degrees of freedom for the platform.
EFFECT: easier operation of the grinding mill.
