FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed are braking systems for railway cars. Braking system sets longitudinal axis and comprises first brake assembly, second brake assembly and drive device configured to create longitudinal force, wherein drive device is located near second brake assembly. Brake system additionally comprises a movable stock and a fixed rod, both said rods pass between the first brake assembly and the second brake assembly. In some embodiments of the present invention, the braking system further comprises a lever arm and an automatic regulator of brake linkage, wherein both of these elements are located near first brake assembly, wherein braking linkage automatic regulator is connected with first brake assembly and lever to adjust distance along longitudinal axis between first brake assembly support point and lever hinge assembly. In some embodiments, the braking system comprises a brace connected to the second brake assembly, wherein a drive, a fixed rod and a movable rod are connected to the spacer.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing the possibility of forces transfer, reinforcing the design and reducing total weight of assembled brakes.
