SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used for delay of microwave signal in beam-forming devices of antenna arrays. Invention is a microwave signal delay line containing an optical fiber section, optoelectronic and electrooptical converters, electronic switches and a control device. Control device switches over the electronic switches, which, depending on the required delay, direct the input microwave signal to the output of the device or to the section of the optical fiber.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability and ease of use.
