FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a measuring device for determining different gases and concentrations of gases, comprising an infrared radiation source, an optical path and a measuring channel having a gas exchange path, as well as radiation detectors arranged along measuring channel, as well as to method using measuring device. Optical path has at least one refraction point, wherein the first refraction point (6) comprises a first narrow-band transmitting interference filter and a first radiation detector following the narrow band-pass transmissive filter. Method comprises the following steps: feeding measurement radiation into a measurement channel containing a measured gas, measuring radiation falling on a first transmissive interference filter located at a first refraction point, wherein to next located behind transmitting interference filter radiation detector falls only radiation given by first transmissive interference filter wavelength, further direction of the radiation reflected by the transmitting interference filter along the optical path in the measuring channel to the second radiation detector and evaluation of gas concentrations measured by radiation detectors.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of sensitivity, compactness and simplicity.
