FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Value of the local echographic thickening of the ciliochoroidal region and the relative number of natural killer CD16+CD56+ in the peripheral blood are determined. If the local echographic thickening of the ciliochoroidal region by 1 mm and more, the relative number of natural killer CD16+CD56+ more than 16 % is diagnosed with initial melanoma of ciliochoroidal localization, local echographic thickening of ciliochoroidal region of less than 1 mm, relative number of natural killer CD16+CD56+ less than 8.2 % – chronic iridocyclitis.
EFFECT: method enables selecting a timely, adequate treatment of melanoma of ciliochoroidal localization and chronic iridocyclitis.
